What are the lease terms?

We offer flexible lease terms, but we are limited to how many leases expire each month. Short term leases are also available for an additional fee.

What does it cost to move in?

Your move-in costs include: Prorated Rent/Fees, Security Deposit, a Non-Refundable Admin Fee (due at time of application), and Pet Fees/Rent.

Are utilities included in the cost?

No, utilities are billed separate and are 100% the resident’s responsibility.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes! Our community welcomes cats and dogs. We have doggie pet stations located around the perimeter, an off leash Pet Park and a Paw Spa with a bath and grooming station. We allow 2 animals per unit. Under 100lbs, with breed restrictions. Minimum 1-year-old age required. There is a refundable deposit, non-refundable fee, and monthly pet rent for each animal. Please contact us for cost. 

What is your guest policy?

Guests are welcome at this community. However, residents must accompany guests to use the recreational facilities. Guests should limit their stay to no more than a one-week duration per visit unless prior written permission has been obtained from Management. The pool is for the resident’s use, however 2 guests per apartment is acceptable. 

Do you require apartment renters insurance?

Yes, we do require renter’s insurance with minimum liability coverage of $100,000.00. We partner with ePremium for low, hassle free coverage options, or residents can utilize any provider of their choice.

How do I pay the rent?

Residents have the convenience of online rent payments through Domuso.com. We do not accept cash.

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

We have a 24-hour emergency maintenance line setup for residents. Residents can also call during office hours to submit service requests, or submit a service request online through their resident portal on Domuso.com.

Where can we park?

Our community has a connected parking garage structure that is shared with Ada County, with direct access to most floors. Residents and guests can pay per use, or obtain a monthly parking permit for $175 per vehicle. Parking is not assigned.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Yes! Our community is within walking distance to many Boise City Bus Routes. Nearest stop is 3rd and Front St.
