⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS: Our Perfect Home in Downtown Boise! Jules on 3rd isn't just an apartment complex; it's a true community supported by an absolutely stellar staff. From the moment we moved in, we knew we had found the best place in Downtown Boise, and the experience has only gotten better. The entire management and maintenance team deserves endless praise for their professionalism and genuinely warm approach. They create an environment that feels welcoming and cared for, but I have to give a special shout-out to Curtis on the maintenance team. Curtis is a rockstar! He is consistently upbeat, hardworking, sincere, and always has a genuine smile on his face. He is a pleasure to interact with and takes such sincere pride in keeping our building in top shape—it’s clear he views our workplace as our home. Any time we’ve needed assistance, Curtis has been prompt, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile. Beyond the amazing people, the building itself is fantastic. We are so happy with how pet-friendly Jules on 3rd is, complete with great amenities like the pet exercise area and paw spa, which makes life with our furry companion so much easier. Furthermore, despite the great downtown location, the building is surprisingly quiet. The construction and community layout really contribute to a peaceful living environment, which we greatly appreciate. For anyone looking for a luxury apartment experience in Boise that provides top-tier amenities, an incredible location, a quiet atmosphere, and—most importantly—a responsive and dedicated staff, I highly recommend you look no further than Jules on 3rd. You won't regret calling this place home!

I been here a few times to visit family during leave and it’s a nice and modern place, nice pool with a good gym. The maintenance team is awesome, I used to work with Curtis and I could say from first hand experience he is the best one for it, you need something done he gets it done, extremely professional and very knowledgeable able his profession 10/10

Anytime i put a work order in, Curtis is always so fast and gets the job done right away. He is always so friendly and such in an amazing mood. Aside from the units being nice, modern and bright, the staff here is really great. The property manager, Cassandra, was always great to us while we were living here. She was very accommodating and helpful when we reached out to her. Having a good PM and onsite team is super important when choosing an apartment complex and we're super happy we chose Jules

Curtis and his maintenance team are amazing! They are passionate and knowledgeable about their work, and they do their best to ensure their residents are taken well care of. Responding to the owner: Curtis always takes the time to say "hi" when around the building and is always friendly. He told me once that he takes his job so seriously because he knows that his workplace is our home, so he and his maintenance crew want to ensure that we always have everything we need to live in comfort! They really are the best--and so is the office staff, too! We are spoiled to have such wonderful people maintaining our home!

Special mention of the view from my windows and Curtis )) Same level! 👍🏻 I’ve been living here for almost a year and overall I’m really happy with my decision. The staff and maintenance team are genuinely some of the friendliest and most responsive people I’ve ever dealt with in an apartment building. It makes the building feel welcoming and safe. The amenities are solid, the location can’t be beat, and my neighbors have all been lovely. Yes, the rent is definitely on the higher side (like most places in the area these days), but I feel the sense of community and the day-to-day convenience make it worth it for me personally. If you’re looking for a building where the people truly make the difference, this is it. Highly recommend! 😊

The front office staff were very friendly and informative, The building itself looks and smells amazing , which tells me maintenance here at this property is nothing short of phenomenal. Been living here for about a year and a half. It's been great here and I've never had any issues. It's a perfect location, being able to walk across the street to Winco and the park, and a short walk to downtown as well. Management changed a little over a month ago. While old management was awesome, the new management has been making even greater efforts to clean up our building and hold tenants accountable for taking care of common areas. They've been super helpful and responsive when I've reached out. Whatever stuff you might read about AMC online at least doesn't apply to the team here. They seem to really care about our home.

I have been living at Jules for more than a year. I still love the apartment, the facility, and the location. We live on the 2nd Street side. We can take the back elevator down to the street, and it is a very short walk to Whole Foods or Winco. If we head West, Trader Joe's is just about four blocks. Even the Boise Co-op is within walking distance. Mother Earth Brewing is just downstairs. Boise Brewing is a couple of blocks. And we often walk to Prost! on 8th. That takes fewer than ten minutes. Wylder is just down the street. You get the idea there are lots of tap houses, restaurants, etc. very close to Jules.

Jules on 3rd is a wonderful place to live at. Some of the leasing agents are very sweet and caring like Robeij. I like the fact that he takes time to listen and accommodate to all the residents. This place has been very comfortable to live at and is getting better by the day! If you are deciding to move in please reach out to Robeij - you will get the full experience!!

Just moved in 5 days ago, so it's a review early on. But so far, the experience has both met and exceeded expectations. I think I'm going to love living here, and the apartments are immaculate. So are the amenities. The only non-positive comments: - The AC in the apartment is small and doesn't work very quickly. Have had it on each day and the temperature never really reaches what it's set for, so it constantly stays on. - The dog park is pretty urban--most of it is cement sidewalk, with a couple of turf patches for them to use. I imagine that's going to get preeetty dirty pretty quickly - The elevators are carpeted and already have stains in them (and my dog goes crazy for the scents in there)

Jules on 3rd is a great community to live. We love the amenities (Roof top pool, BBQ, Lounge and Gym). If you would like to experience hotel like stay in the heart of Boise downtown, look nowhere else! Management is very good and their responses are very quick. Jodi and Zac are great!
